FINAL POST
Hi! This is my final blog post. ☹ We have come to Educational Technologies class. So, I would like to talk about my experience in this lesson I took. I always thought that it is beneficial to use technology while I teach English. Only using a course book in lessons is not good enough to teach a language. However, what I understood from “ technology integration in English language teaching ” was opening some listening activities from a technological device or opening a video related to the topic I teach. Now, I see that using technology while teaching English is not only these basic activities. There are more creative ways to use technology like podcasting, infographics and KWL chart. These activities focus on students’ actions not teachers’ and this is substantial in terms of students’ usage of English while they use their endless imagination.
